The Association for European Transport
The Association was formed in 1998, to take over the organisation of this Conference which has been held annually since 1973,
and to develop a network of transport professionals across Europe. There are over 250 members and new members are always welcome.
Members receive discounts on publications and on attendance at the European Transport Conference, and, more particularly, they are
able to shape the Conference by becoming members of the Programme Committees and of the Association Council.
There are two types of membership: Individual and Organisational. The Association is pleased to welcome into membership both
large and small organisations - there is a sliding scale of membership fees based on the size of the organisation.
