Attendance Fees - reduced by 5% this year

The Association has been able to make substantial cost savings for the conference and is pleased to be able to pass them directly to delegates. Therefore, the Conference offers even better value for money this year. Market research consistently shows that 90% of delegates consider the Conference to be excellent value for money.

"Buy one ticket - get one free" offer for the new member states and accession countries. Following the success of its introduction last year, the Association is again offering a special rate to delegates from the new member states and the accession countries. For each full-price booking, a similar booking is offered free. This represents an excellent opportunity to attend the conference and to build contacts and networks across Europe.

The Association encourages delegates to get the full benefit of the Conference by attending for the full three days. The purchase of a discounted "Rover" ticket for the full Conference allows organisations to send different staff members on different days. To enable the organisers to have badges prepared, we would ask you to let us know the names and days of attendance of delegates at least 7 days before the conference starts.
